Service OverviewExpress Immigration Assistance LLC has provided professional, cost-effective, and timely U.S. immigration document preparation services to thousands of households for over 15 years. Our services are for the purpose of assisting with document and application preparation based on publicly available regulations and policies and our extensive professional experience.
While our expertise allows us to guide clients effectively in the preparation process, we are not lawyers and therefore cannot provide legal advice or legal representation in any matter.

Consultation Booking

• Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system.
  
• You may upload documents through our secure online platform for review prior to your consultation.
  
• All booking confirmations will be sent via email, including your consultation link and document submission instructions.
  

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your consultation once within 30 calendar days of your original booking date.
  
• The rescheduled consultation must both be booked and completed within this 30-day period—not just requested.
  
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  
• Failure to request and conduct the rescheduled consultation within the 30-day period will result in forfeiture of your appointment and payment.
  
• Additional reschedules beyond the one-time allowance require booking a new paid appointment.
  

No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.
  
• Missed appointments, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, or failure to follow document submission instructions will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
  
• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  

Document Sharing Guidelines

• Clients are encouraged to securely upload all required documents in advance of their consultation through our designated system.
  
• If you fail to upload documents in advance, you must provide them during the consultation, but this may limit our ability to conduct adequate research or review.
  
• Documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of your booked consultation.
  
• Please ensure all documents are clear, legible, and complete before submission.
  

Recording Policy

• Recording of consultations in any form (audio, video, or screen capture) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Express Immigration Assistance LLC.
  
• Any unauthorized recording constitutes a violation of our privacy rights and intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and other remedies permitted under applicable law.
  
• By participating in a consultation, you agree to refrain from any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of the consultation content.
